Mission Business Partners helps business owners ($1M-$10M revenue) who are interested in evaluating alternatives to the cookie-cutter “exit planning” narrative.
We approach your ownership interest in your business by asking a first principles question:

Mission Business Partners is led by Chris Beyersdorff. Chris has experienced multiple exits (including a seven-figure payout that left him asking “now what”), served as CFO through multiple capital raise/exits, and valued over 1,000 businesses at a global CPA firm. Most importantly, Chris currently is an owner/operator of three businesses – he isn’t teaching theory, he’s living it.
Mission offers two services: The Business Freedom Diagnostic – an exit readiness assessment and the Business Freedom Coaching Program – a 4-month intensive for owners willing to consider rejecting the exit myth and ready to transform their relationship with the business.
This isn’t about optimization or scaling. It’s about alignment—building a business that fits the life you’re trying to create.

Before you talk to brokers or sign anything, stop. The Business Freedom Diagnostic isn't just an exit readiness assessment—it's a reality check. Most owners discover they're not nearly as ready as they think (financially or mentally), and more importantly, that selling might be the worst decision they could make. We'll show you what an exit actually costs, what you'd be left with after taxes and fees, and the alternatives most advisors won't mention because there's no commission in it for them.
Business Freedom Coaching Program
For owners who've completed the Diagnostic and are ready to do the hard work of transformation. This 4-month intensive helps you transform your ownership mindset, discover and align your business mission with your personal purpose, and make the financial, operational, and organizational improvements that create a sustainable path forward. We work alongside you—not as consultants with a template, but as partners helping you build something you’ll either never want to exit or be in control of how you exit.
